I-Surface

A concentrated surface cleaner containing a water softenening complex, alkali buffer system and non-ionic surfactant blend (Does not contain caustic soda). Formulated specifically for cleaning surfaces in food processing areas, I-Surface rapidly wets surfaces, cuts through food based greases and oils, rapidly emulsifying and holding them in solution to facilitate easy rinsing. Recommened starting dilution for daily cleaning from 1:20.
